The most cyber secure hackathon in the Baltics
Are you a student in the Baltics? Get ready to meet your future colleagues! Participate in the 2024 CyberBazaar Hackathon to tackle real-world challenges and create fresh solutions for the future of cyber security. Be part of the action!
The hackathon will take place on-site at the campus of the University of Latvia (House of Science, Jelgavas Street 3, Riga) on 3-4 December 2024.

How to sign up
- Participation is open to students from the Baltic states - Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
- All participants must be at least 16 years old.
- Participants can sign up as a team (up to 5 members) or as individual participants.
- Teams can also be formed at a later stage (communication in Discord).
- Individual participants without a team will be able to choose a challenge and will be assigned a team by the organizers.
- Teams will notify the organisers about the team composition (team lead, team members) by 15:00 on 3 December via Discord.
Rules
- Challenge topics will be announced on the website in due time.
- After the kick-off, the organisers will present each challenge in detail.
- Each team will pick one challenge to address and will notify the organisers about their choice by 15:00 on 3 December via Discord.
- Each team will have no more than 24 hours to generate ideas to address the chosen challenge.
- Teams will submit their ideas by 13:00 on 4 December via Discord.
- Each team will have the opportunity to present their ideas to the jury.
- The jury will assess all the submitted ideas and will select the best idea for each challenge.
